Then we decided to paint our fingernails purple- I let her pick out a new polish the other day, and that's what she chose! It's the cheap, smelly stuff, and it dings up two seconds after you put it on, oh well...it's pretty cute!
Once our nails dried, we enjoyed a little tea party with the "break-y-bles" and that brought big smiles!
I cannot believe how big her fingers look! How can she be turning four in two short weeks?
I just discovered that bananas are the perfect food for practicing cutting, ha!
We also had raisins with our hot tea. Mmm.
And of course, a baby had to join in the party. Isabelle is such a good little hostess!
I don't know if it shows up in the photo, but that little doily is SOAKING!
I turned around for a second and here is what I saw- I should've figured.
Lukey is never far from his Isabelle Kate!
He really misses her when she's not here.
It's so cute!
What a fun morning!
Now I need to get to the grocery store...in the rain...but Bill is home sick, so I think I'll be able to go solo, which makes the trip just that much faster. Then we're off to ballet/tap class!
I've been a little slower than normal getting geared up for Christmas, but I'm coming around. We've put up the "skinny tree" in the dining room this year (which is really pretty- I love it!), and we'll get a big real one for the family room this weekend. Last night I finished up a big order from Shutterfly (click here for the post I wrote about getting 50 free photo cards- it's not too late!)
And I think I'll wrap a few presents today!! Happy December 1st!!
